ASSISTED STRETCHING

assisted Stretching

WHAT You can expect

Assisted stretching is a type of therapy that involves a coach manually stretching a patient's muscles to improve flexibility and range of motion. It is often used to treat muscle imbalances, stiffness, and injuries, and can be an effective way to improve overall physical function and reduce the risk of future injuries.

Techniques may include passive stretching in which the coach moves the patient's limb through a range of motion and active stretching in which the client actively performs the stretch with the coach providing support and guidance.

Sessions typically last for 45-60 minutes for the initial evaluation and 30-45 minutes for each session thereafter. Call or email to schedule your initial evaluation!
