Skill building Classes
What you can expect
Part of navigating your healing journey is acquiring the coping skills necessary to do the emotional work in therapy. People often come to therapy with pre-existing coping mechanisms that served them at one point or another. But, we often come to a place where the things that once worked for us no longer do. Skill-Building Classes offer training and education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide clients with the skills they need to support their therapeutic process. See below for upcoming classes!
