Whether it be relationship concerns, grief and loss, difficulty with anxiety or depression, or even support in making healthy lifestyle changes,  what you can expect is to have a therapist who will support you in doing the work you need to do. You determine the pace at which you work in therapy and we will meet you where you are and help you find your footing.
